Downgrade
Downgrading or canceling an account is a manual process as your account will need to be reviewed to see if any member services or benefits will need to be removed. For instance, if you are a Business Member downgrading to a Registrant status any directory profiles or site features will be removed.
Regarding billing, any changes in account status will be reflected in your next subscription period. So if your payment date is the 5th and you downgrade on the 20th, your updated dues will appear on the 5th of the next month.
